Ingredients:

Directions for Use:

Add 40 g (+/- 4 level scoops to roughly 500 ml of cold water in a shaker or water bottle, shaking well to dissolve. Start sipping 10-15 minutes before activity and aim to consume 500-750 ml per hour of moderate intensity activity, or 750-1000 ml per hour of intense activity. Alternatively, use as recommended by your fitness or nutritional advisor.
