What we love about chia is that it bulks up meals with its low calorie nutrient density without altering its flavours! It also absorbs liquid 10x its own volume, making it great for a low calorie rehydration option.
The best way to eat chia is to first soak the seeds in nut milk, juice or water. Allow them to soak for 5minutes, they'll swell up like little pearls and can then be used as a gel or when dry it in its whole seed form to add some extra crunch. Add it to smoothies, mix it in with salad dressings & make your chia puddings.
