Asparagus racemosus, commonly known as shatavari, is a woody climbing plant native to India, Sri Lanka, Asia and Australia. The root is used in Ayurvedic medicine. In Ayurveda shatavari means "one hundred roots". 60 vegetarian capsules.

What is in it

One vegetarian capsule provides:

• Asparagus racemosus (shatavari) [root, extract standardised for a minimum of 20% saponins] — 400 mg
• Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule, natural flow agent and microcrystalline cellulose

How to take it

Take one to two capsules per day after a meal, or as directed by your health care provider.

Sfera note that they are making label improvements and switching to gold-coloured child-proof lids, phased in over the last year, so you may receive either presentation.
