Full Spectrum Mushroom Complex 60 Capsules

A blend of five mushrooms in 60 vegetarian capsules. Lentinula edodes (shiitake) is an edible mushroom native to East Asia. Cordyceps sinensis is found in meadows above 3 500 m on the Tibetan Plateau and in the Himalayan regions of Bhutan and Nepal. Ganoderma lucidum (reishi, or lingzhi) is a reddish-brown kidney-shaped cap mushroom with a long history in traditional Chinese medicine. Grifola frondosa (maitake, or hen-of-the-wood) is a polypore that grows at the base of trees in China, Europe and North America. Hericium erinaceus (lion's mane) is native to North America, Europe and Asia, with a long history in East Asian traditional medicine.

One vegetarian capsule provides:

• Lentinula edodes (shiitake) [fruiting body, water-ethanol extract 10:1] — 100 mg
• Cordyceps sinensis (cordyceps) [fruiting body, water-ethanol extract 10:1] — 100 mg
• Ganoderma lucidum (reishi) [fruiting body, water-ethanol extract 10:1] — 100 mg
• Grifola frondosa (maitake) [fruiting body, water-ethanol extract 10:1] — 100 mg
• Hericium erinaceus (lion's mane) [fruiting body, water-ethanol extract 10:1] — 100 mg
• Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule and microcrystalline cellulose

How to take it

Take one to three capsules daily with water on an empty stomach, at least one hour before or two hours after a meal, or as directed by your health care provider.

Sfera note that they are making label improvements and switching to gold-coloured child-proof lids, phased in over the last year, so you may receive either presentation.

Before you buy

Sfera state that this product can have side effects. The most common are dizziness, nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, stomach upset, itching, rash and dry mouth.

Do not take it if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to mushrooms. Not recommended for children under the age of 18. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.
