Withania somnifera, commonly known as Ashwagandha, is a green shrub that grows in Asia and Africa. Ashwagandha is used as a traditional herbal medicine for an array of purposes. Ashwagandha may assist with decreasing mental and physical fatigue. It may assist with the relief of insomnia and may lower mental and physical fatigue. In Sfera Ashwagandha a high quality Ashwagandha methanol extract with 7 – 10% Withanolides, ≥ 1% alkaloids and 0.25% Withaferin A is used.

Directions
The usual dose is: Take one (1) to three (3) capsules per day after a meal or as directed by your health care provider.

Do not take Sfera Ashwagandha:

if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients of Sfera Ashwagandha

if you have an auto-immune disease

Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.
Children and adolescents: Children and adolescents under the age of 18 years should not take Sfera Ashwagandha.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Do not take Sfera Ashwagandha if you are pregnant or breastfeeding your baby.
