Pasta D’Oro Elbows – Short Pasta · 8-10 min · 500g · 100% Corn flour

Elbows are one of the most popular and widely used types of pasta in the world, prized for their shape and consistency.

Elbows Pasta D'Oro contain only the highest quality, non-genetically modified Romanian corn. They are gluten-free, making them a suitable alternative for those with certain dietary needs.

These pasta contain no additives, or added salt and sugar. They are easy to prepare and incorporate into different recipes, and are ideal for baked dishes alongside cheese sauce or vegetables.

How to take

Preparation instructions

  • For 100 g of pasta boil 1l of water, add salt to taste.
  • Add the pasta to the boiling water.
  • Cook over high heat for about 8-10 min (recommended time), uncovered, stirring occasionally.
  • After boiling, drain the pasta and rinse with warm water.
  • Serve hot as desired.
