ReleaseSCE™ ADVANCE is a combination of neuro-vitamins, chelated minerals, amino acids and plant extracts, in 30 vegetarian capsules.
What is in it
- L-Theanine
- Chelated magnesium gluconate
- Chelated magnesium bisglycinate
- Moringa oleifera Lam
- Sceletium tortuosum [leaf extract; 3.3% alkaloids]
- Chelated zinc bisglycinate
- Calcium D Pantothenic (vitamin B5), as ReleaseSCE print it
- Pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6)
- Vitamin E acetate (tocopheryl)
- Folic acid (vitamin B9)
- Methylcobalamin (vitamin B12)
The maker states that it is non-habit-forming and non-addictive.
How to take it
Adults: 1-2 capsules in the morning. Children five years and older: 1 capsule in the morning.
Read this before taking it
- If you have epilepsy, ReleaseSCE recommend Release SCE Forte instead, because of the L-Theanine content in Advance.
- ReleaseSCE™ ADVANCE should not be used together with other SSRIs — natural or chemical — or with antidepressants, without consulting a medical professional.
