Rawbiotics Defence is a 1-litre liquid probiotic formulated to support your body's natural immune response. Unlike conventional freeze-dried probiotic capsules, this living fermented liquid contains a consortium of beneficial bacteria that are already active and ready to colonise the gut from the moment they're consumed.

The Defence formula is specifically designed with immune function in mind. It combines multiple strains of live probiotics with natural herbal extracts traditionally associated with immune support. This targeted approach recognises the well-established link between gut health and immunity — with approximately 70% of the immune system residing in the gut, maintaining a balanced microbiome is essential for robust defence against everyday pathogens.

What sets Rawbiotics Defence apart from the standard Rawbiotics range is its inclusion of complementary botanical ingredients chosen to work synergistically with the live cultures. While the probiotics restore and maintain microbial balance in the digestive tract, these herbal components provide additional immune-modulating properties.

The 1-litre bottle offers excellent value, providing a full course of daily doses in a single purchase. The liquid format also makes it easy to adjust serving sizes for different family members and is a practical option for those who struggle to swallow capsules or tablets.

Rawbiotics Defence requires no refrigeration, making it convenient for everyday use at home or while travelling. It's suitable for the whole family, including children, and can be taken daily as part of a proactive approach to maintaining immune health throughout the year — particularly during seasonal changes when the body's defences may need additional support.
