Product details
Beetroot Concentrate is a naturally nitrate-rich superfood designed to support nitric oxide production, healthy circulation, oxygen delivery and physical performance. It may help improve exercise endurance, cardiovascular function and recovery while providing betalain antioxidants that protect cells from oxidative stress. Ideal before training or as daily circulatory support.
5g per Serving into water, smoothy, breakfast, Dinner or just directly into your mouth – 40 Servings per container.
Beetroot Concentrate is a powerful plant-based supplement formulated to support circulation, cardiovascular wellness, exercise performance and natural energy production. Beetroot is particularly valued for its concentration of dietary nitrates, which the body converts through the nitrate–nitrite–nitric oxide pathway.
Nitric oxide is an important signalling molecule that helps the smooth muscles surrounding blood vessels relax. This process, known as vasodilation, can promote healthier blood flow and improve the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to working muscles and tissues. Unlike caffeine-based pre-workouts, beetroot does not primarily stimulate the central nervous system. Instead, it supports the body’s circulatory and oxygen-utilisation pathways.
Scientific studies suggest that nitrate-rich beetroot products may modestly reduce systolic blood pressure in some individuals, although results vary and the overall certainty of evidence is not equally strong across all populations.
For exercise, dietary nitrate may reduce the oxygen cost of submaximal activity, meaning the body may perform certain workloads more efficiently. Research has found possible improvements in endurance, time to exhaustion, muscle strength and selected high-intensity activities, especially when an effective nitrate dose is consumed approximately two to three hours before exercise. Highly trained athletes may experience smaller or less consistent effects than recreationally active individuals.
Beetroot also contains naturally occurring betalains and polyphenols. These antioxidant compounds help neutralise free radicals and support cellular protection during physical stress. Together with improved circulation, this may assist post-exercise recovery and general cardiovascular resilience.
Beetroot Concentrate may be used before exercise, during periods of increased physical demand or as part of a daily heart-and-circulation routine.
IMPORTANT:
Beetroot may temporarily turn urine or stools pink or red. People using blood-pressure medication, nitrate medication, erectile-dysfunction medication, or those prone to oxalate kidney stones should consult a healthcare professional before use.
