Phytopure Magnesium Complex is a liposomal magnesium formula supplied in a pack of 60 vegan capsules.
Each capsule contains: 60 mg elemental magnesium from a complex comprising 256 mg liposomal magnesium bisglycinate, 256 mg liposomal magnesium citrate, 113 mg liposomal magnesium malate and 85 mg liposomal magnesium taurate.
Directions: Adults 18 years and older: take 1–4 capsules per day or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
The product is listed as vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to magnesium or any component of the formulation; concurrent use of levodopa/carbidopa.
Caution: Caution is advised in people with renal disease because of the increased risk of hypermagnesemia. Regular monitoring of blood magnesium levels is recommended; use under the supervision of the treating doctor. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you take warfarin or another anticoagulant, or if you have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
