What is Pelaforce made from?+
Pelaforce is a botanical extract derived from the root of Pelargonium sidoides, a shrub with deep purple flowers, silver leaves and red roots that is wild-harvested from the foothills of the Maluti Mountains. It is listed in the European and African Pharmacopoeia and has been used for centuries in traditional remedies. The drops are a proudly South African, 100% natural product.
Can children take Pelaforce drops?+
Yes — Pelaforce can be taken by children over 3 years old as well as adults. The daily amounts differ by age: adults and children over 12 take 30 drops daily, children 6-12 years take 20 drops daily, and children 3-6 years take 10 drops daily. Check the label for full directions.
How do I take the drops?+
Apply the drops directly to the tongue, or combine them with a small amount of water and drink immediately. Speak to your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing or on medication.
Is Pelaforce sugar and alcohol free?+
Yes — Pelaforce is free of sugar, alcohol and preservatives, and it is also GMO free. It is made as a vegetable glycerine tincture of Pelargonium sidoides root, from ethically and sustainably sourced material.
