Bee Pollen is a unique substance with a long history of use as both food and medicine. It is harvested by the honey bees and is main food source for the hive. Bee Pollen is considered a superfood for humans due to its exceptional nutritional profile with over 200 different components such as protein, amino acids including essential amino acids, carbohydrates, minerals and trace minerals, vitamins, enzymes, polyphenols, antioxidants etc.
Also known as ambrosia, Bee Pollen can be eated as it or added to breakfast bowls, smoothies and salads for a powerful nutritional boost and general health.
