What are Ocean Therapy Aches & Pains sea salt crystals?+
They are pure, unrefined sea salt crystals produced naturally by solar evaporation in salt pans along the African coast, beside the Namib desert, and fragranced with pure essential oils. Added to water, the crystals re-create the sea's natural composition of minerals for a relaxing soak.
How do I use these bath salt crystals?+
Add one large handful per bath, or one full tub per jacuzzi, and soak for 20 minutes. They can also be used in a spa bath, sauna, hot tub, foot soak, salt burner or steam room.
What are the benefits of an Ocean Therapy salt soak?+
The soak is designed to help you relax, de-stress, de-tox and re-mineralise your body, while moisturising the skin and soothing pain. The blend for this variety is fragranced with essential oils chosen for aches and pains.
Are there any precautions with these salt crystals?+
The crystals form sharp edges as they dissolve, so avoid standing or sitting on them. Some essential oils may cause skin sensitivities — if this occurs, discontinue use and try the plain salt instead. Safety during pregnancy has not been established, so speak to your healthcare provider first if you are pregnant.
