Ashwaganda is one of the most traditional herbs in ancient Ayurveda holistic practices.

  • Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose)
  • KSM-66 Organic Ashwagandha 12:1 Extract (5% Withanolides)
  • Anti-Caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate)

 

Recommended use:

  • 1200 MG DAILY DOSE - Take two Ashwagandha tablets per day.
  • Follow the recommended dosage on the label.
  • Store the Ashwagandha tablets in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, heat, and moisture.
  • Check the expiration date before using.
  • Consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplements.
