* Equivalent to 1,500mg dry herb
* Standardised to 4% Withanaloids

  • Ashwagandha whole plant extr. 10:1 ............ 200mg

- Equivalent to 2500mg dry herb
- Standardised to 7% Withanaloids, 0.25% Withaferin A, 1% Alkaloids

Dosage:

Take 1 capsule twice daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
