Ingredients:

Wildcrafted Gold Sea Moss (Eucheuma Spinosum)

 

Dosage:

Adults: 1-2 Tablespoons (15-30ml) 1-2x daily, in hot water or soaked overnight.
Topically: Apply sea moss gel topically as needed for skin conditions.
