What is in the NATtritious Drink?+

It blends turmeric, ginger, Ceylon cinnamon, cayenne, nutmeg and black pepper with whey powder and creamer into one easy-to-make drink. It can be enjoyed hot or cold, in summer or winter.

What does the NATtritious Drink support?+

Its natural ingredients support antioxidant capacity, the immune system and the management of general health. It may also support digestion and blood circulation, help with blood sugar control and, when taken with milk, help with sleeplessness. Efficacy of support may vary between users.

Is the NATtritious Drink vegan?+

No. The whey powder and creamer are animal-derived, so it is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians, and it contains cow's milk as an allergen. It is proudly manufactured in South Africa.

How do I make the NATtritious Drink?+

For the hot mix, stir 5 heaped teaspoons into 250ml hot water with 100ml low-fat hot milk (optional) and add honey. For the cold mix, use 5 heaped teaspoons in 250ml hot water with 175ml cold milk and blend with ice. Each 300g sachet provides at least 12 servings.

How long before I notice benefits?+

The maker notes that benefits may be experienced after continuous use for a period of not less than 30 days. If you take any chronic medication, consult a medical practitioner before use, as herbal ingredients may interact with some medication.

The pure natural ingredients of this product will increase anti-oxidant capacity, support the immune system and aid in the management of general health. Each sachet of Nattritious Drink contains 300g of the Nattritious powder mix. One 300g sachet will provide for at least 12 servings. Recommended with Nattrend Raw Honey.

Directions for Use:
THE HOT MIX:

THE COLD MIX:
Mix 5 heaped teaspoons in 250ml hot water and 175ml cold milk, or fill with water and ice. Place in a smoothie mixer, add ice, add Nattrend Honey (preferable Raw Bee Honey) mix together and enjoy.
