What is in Nattrend Four-in-One?+
It is a balanced combination of four ingredients in one capsule: cayenne, turmeric, Ceylon cinnamon and Sutherlandia. Each bottle contains 90 capsules of 500mg each, and the formula was developed by Nattrend's founder, Mr Rudie H Schramm.
How do I take Four-in-One capsules?+
Take 2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily with water after meals, at bedtime or in the early morning, and make sure to drink lots of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
How long before I notice anything?+
According to the label, benefits may be experienced after continuous use for a period of not less than 30 days. Results may vary between users.
Are the capsules vegetarian?+
No — Nattrend uses bovine-based gelatine capsules for this product. If that does not suit your diet, our consultants can suggest alternatives in-store or on WhatsApp.
Can I take Four-in-One with chronic medication or while pregnant?+
Products containing herbal ingredients may interact with some medication, so if you take any chronic medication, do not use this product without consulting a medical practitioner. Safety in pregnancy and lactation has not been established, and it should not be used if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
