What is Curcumin Complete used for?+
Its package indication is that it may assist or relieve symptoms related to inflammation. The formula is designed to overcome the limitations of curcumin absorption so your body can deliver high levels of bioactive curcumin into the bloodstream.
How is Curcumin Complete different from ordinary turmeric capsules?+
It combines market-leading BCM-95 curcumin with specialised whole organic turmeric extracts, giving the full spectrum of turmeric terpenoids and bioactives in a single capsule.
How much curcumin is in each capsule and how do I take it?+
Each capsule contains 500mg of turmeric extract — from 400mg of BCM-95 25:1 extract with 380 mg curcuminoids, plus 100mg whole organic turmeric extract. For the first week take 2 capsules per day with food; after that take 1 to 2 capsules daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Who should be careful with curcumin supplements?+
Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and consult your healthcare provider before using it alongside sulfasalazine, anticoagulant, antiplatelet or antidiabetic medication.
