Green Tea contains a powerful group of health-supporting flavonoids known as catechins. Scientific and real-world evidence have demonstrated that these catechins, when consumed correctly, can help support metabolic health, cellular signalling, and the body’s natural defence systems

Ingredients:
Green Tea Phytosome™ – equivalent to Camellia sinensis (leaf; 6–15:1 extract) providing 49.5 mg green tea and 100.5 mg phospholipids from the liposomal bilayer Green Tea Extract – Camellia sinensis (leaf; 6–15:1 extract) 50 mg Total EGCG catechins: 58 mg Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica. Capsule: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (plant-based). Free from: caffeine, gluten, dairy, soy, GMO, artificial additives or preservatives
Directions for Use:
Adults 18 years and older: Take 1-2 capsules per day or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Precautions:
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Individuals with liver disorders, taking anticoagulant, antiplatelet, or other prescription medication should consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Those with caffeine sensitivity should exercise caution. Green tea polyphenols may reduce iron absorption if taken with meals.
