What is in it

One heaped teaspoon (7.5 g) contains:

• Calcium citrate — 145 mg
• Calcium phosphate — 974 mg
• Magnesium phosphate — 244 mg
• Magnesium citrate — 315 mg
• Potassium bicarbonate — 783 mg
• Potassium citrate — 870 mg

Providing elemental calcium 254 mg, magnesium 59 mg, phosphorus 219 mg and potassium 619 mg.

Plus the homeopathic proprietary blend Urtica/A.Vogel Urticalcin 1 000 mg — providing Urtica dioica D1, Silicea terra D6, Calcarea phosphorica D6, Natrum phosphoricum D6 and Calcarea carbonica D4 — and acerola 100 mg, providing 5 mg of vitamin C from botanical extract.

These minerals support the organs involved in maintaining the body's acid/alkaline balance.

How to take it

Adults: add a heaped teaspoon or medicine measure (7.5 g), or the contents of one 7.5 g sachet, to a large glass of water. Stir well and drink once a day on an empty stomach. A.Vogel states it can be used daily by adults and children over the age of 6 years.

Before you buy

Do not use Multiforce without speaking to your doctor first if you take a beta blocker for a heart disorder, or if you have renal failure — A.Vogel states that in the presence of reduced renal function this product may produce hyperkalaemia, hypercalcaemia and alkalosis. If you are on a calcium-free or potassium-free diet, take care. A.Vogel states that Multiforce has no known drug interactions.
