IQScript provides "brain food" in the form of two well known and researched ingredients, namely brahmi and phosphatidylserine.

Brahmi, more commonly known as bacopa, is a well-researched ayurvedic herb traditionally used to support cognitive function. Its possible mechanism of action includes modulation of acetylcholine release in addition to protecting neuronal cells from oxidative damage.

Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a fat soluble phospholipid occurring endogenously in the human brain. It has been studied for its support of memory, concentration and attention span. In addition, PS helps moderate the release of excessive cortisol that can occur with continuous stress.

N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCl plays a key role in cellular energy production by facilitating the transport of fatty acids across the mitochondrial membrane to form ATP (adenosine triphosphate) — the principle molecule for storing and transferring cellular energy. It also has antioxidant effects in the brain.

Ginkgo biloba supports central nervous system and vascular circulation. Ginkgo biloba supports alertness by increasing the brain's alpha wave activity and decreasing the brain's theta wave activity.

Magnesium Bisglycinate: Magnesium is essential for all the body's metabolic pathways requiring ATP, including cognitive function. Zinc is the second most abundant trace element in the body. Trials have shown that sub-clinical zinc deficiency can impair brain function in adults and children.
