How to take

Adults and children over 2 years:

• Take one tablet every 15 minutes for one hour and then hourly for the first day.
• Then take one tablet three times a day. Discontinue once you feel better.
• Chew or dissolve in your mouth.
• Tablets may be crushed.

Ingredients

Phosphoricum acidum 30C, Pulsatilla pratensis 30C, Natrum muriaticum 30C, Ignatia amara 30C, Flower essences (Autumn gentian, English walnut, Honeysuckle, Star-of-Bethlehem and Gorse) 5X per tablet

Each tablet contains:

• Phosphoric acid (Phosphoricum acidum) 30C 0,5 mg
• Pulsatilla pratensis Mill. (Pulsatilla pratensis) 30C 0,5 mg
• Sodium chloride (Natrum muriaticum) 30C 0,5 mg
• Strychnos ignatii P.J.Bergius (Ignatia amara) 30C 0,5 mg
• Flower essences 5X 1 mg: mix of Gentianella amarella-flos (Autumn gentian), Juglans regia-flos (English walnut), Lonicera caprifolium-flos (Honeysuckle), Ornithogalum umbellatum-flos (Star-of-Bethlehem) and Ulex europaeus-flos (Gorse)

Excipients: Lactose, Magnesium stearate (E572), Microcrystalline cellulose (E460), Sodium starch glycolate (E1420). Contains sugar as lactose 340 mg/tablet. Essentially sodium free: 0,21 mg or less sodium/tablet.

Warnings

• Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients.
• If the condition worsens or does not improve after 7 days, a health care provider should be consulted.
• Lactose: Patients with rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, total lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take IRMA’S HEARTBREAK RESCUE. It contains 340 mg lactose per tablet. When taking e.g. 16 tablets per day it is 5 440 mg lactose (2 720 mg glucose and 2 720 mg galactose) per day. This should be taken into account in patients with diabetes mellitus.
• Pregnancy: The safety of IRMA’S HEARTBREAK RESCUE during pregnancy has not been established. During pregnancy, IRMA’S HEARTBREAK RESCUE should be taken under the supervision of a medical practitioner.
• Breastfeeding: The safety of IRMA’S HEARTBREAK RESCUE during breastfeeding has not been established. During breastfeeding, IRMA’S HEARTBREAK RESCUE should be taken under the supervision of a medical practitioner.
• Children under 2 years: No data available for this age group.
