Happy Earth People Choc Chip Chickpea cookies are made using a combination of chickpea and tapioca flours, with melt in your mouth 80% dark chocolate chunks. Generously sprinkled in a deliciously chewy cookie.

Ingredients:
Gluten-free flours (chickpea & tapioca), coconut sugar, 80% dark chocolate (79% cocoa mass, 1% cocoa butter, erythritol, xylitol, sunflower lecithin), coconut oil, flaxseed, bicarbonate of soda, salt.
