L-Tyrosine is an amino acid that our body uses in all its tissues and fluids.

L-Tyrosine assists in protein-building, enzyme production and the production of hormones including dopamine, epinephrine and norepinephrine. These are important brain chemicals that affect mood and sleep.

L-Tyrosine has been shown to assist performance in stressful situations such as extreme environmental conditions or draining cognitive tasks.

Memory and concentration are also supported by the effects of having adequate L-Tyrosine levels in our bodies.
