Why combine magnesium glycinate with magnesium taurate?+
The two chelated forms do different work. Magnesium glycinate is the best-absorbed form of magnesium and the least likely to cause stomach upsets, supporting energy and bone health. Magnesium taurate helps support healthy blood pressure and promotes healthy blood sugar levels. Bonding the magnesium this way improves absorption and stability.
How do I take BodyMag?+
Take two capsules twice daily with water — a full serving of 4 capsules equals a daily dose. Do not exceed the recommended dose, and discontinue use if any adverse effects are experienced.

Two magnesium chelates in a 50/50 split — magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium taurate. 120 capsules, and a serving is four of them, so the bottle is thirty days. The taurate half is the uncommon one: most magnesium on a shelf is glycinate, citrate or oxide.
What the label says
Genologix describe BodyMAG as a combination of two magnesium chelates, bonded forms which they state improve absorption and stability.
An honest gap, and it is on the label rather than on us: the supplier's own table names the active as “elemental magnesium, in a 50/50 ratio from magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium taurate” — and gives no milligram figure against it. The product title says 1500 mg, but a title is not a panel, and the two are not necessarily measuring the same thing. Ask a consultant to read the elemental figure off the bottle before you compare it on price.
How to take it
Four capsules a day, taken as two capsules twice daily, with water. One serving is the daily dose; the bottle holds 30 servings.
Discontinue use if any adverse effects are experienced.
