What is in XX Assist?+
It combines black cohosh extract, dong quai root, fenugreek seed, Mexican wild yam and sage extract with kelp, a range of B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E, biotin and chelated iron, zinc and selenium. The full per-capsule amounts are on the product page.
How do I take XX Assist?+
Take 2 capsules daily after a meal, or as recommended by your healthcare provider.
Who should not take XX Assist?+
Do not use XX Assist if you are allergic to iodine — the formula contains kelp. Speak to your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking prescription medication.
