Ingredients:

Each 6g serving contains (1 level scoop):

 L-carnitine 1 g,L-glutamine 1 g, Creatine monohydrate 100 mg, Synergy 1 orafti 4 g.

Directions for Use:

Take 1 scoop Colon Assist twice a day after a meal or as recommended by your healthcare provider. Place 1 scoop of powder in a glass, pour 120ml-240ml water over the powder and stir well until dissolved.
