Applied topically, it is traditionally used for minor aches and pains of the muscles and joints. Menthol and methyl salicylate work by causing the skin to feel cool upon application and then slowly warming up.
Directions:

Can be used with a heated or chilled Happy Hugger to increase the efficacy. The process can be repeated every two hours.
