Soothit Plain Allantoin Cream, the healing power of this comfrey cream (allantoin) on wounds is astounding. It is a must for every household.

Comfrey/knitbone has remarkable healing power. Comfrey contains allantoin which encourages cell growth.  Allantoin is very easily absorbed into the skin, thus external wounds heal rapidly upon application and this property limits scar tissue.

Because of the speed at which wounds heal upon application, it is essential to clean the wound very well before applying the cream.  Arthritic joints, sprains and tendon injuries also benefit from the application of comfrey/allantoin.

The cream was developed in response to research done by Dr M Loots for a Masters degree in Physiology.

Title of dissertation: The influence of allantoin on wound healing in skin and muscle tissue.

The cream is extra-gentle, versatile and safe to use, even on animals/pets.

Uses: 

Open wounds and sores, ulcus on legs, diabetic sores, gangrene, injuries after an accident, tissue repair, inflammation, eczema, heat rash, burns, piles (externally), bedsores, bites and stings, boils, cuts, bruises, abrasions, skin allergies, nappy rash, operation wounds, swelling, arthritis (topically), animal wounds and sores.
