Product details

Organic Aloe Ferox Fiber, is natural and a critically important nutrient in your everyday diet.

Wild-harvested natural Organic Aloe Ferox Fiber is fast becoming known as a superior fiber to use as it is gluten free, and unlike most other fiber, it has no phytic acid or phytates that block absorption of minerals like calcium, magnesium and iron.

Phytates are present in all seed or grain based dietary fibers such as bran, oats, and ispaghula.  This natural Aloe Ferox Fiber is naturally high in iron and dietary fiber and in addition, a source of prebiotics.

Blend in smoothies, muesli, gluten free bread, low carb tortillas, pancakes and muffin mixes. It’s also vegan- friendly, making it an ideal addition to your favourite vegan delights.

Promotes absorption of minerals, like calcium, magnesium and iron (No phytates and phytic acids)
Promotes healthy digestion and regularity
Helps improve cholesterol and cardiovascular health
Helps control blood sugar levels – Low GI (glycemic index)

Protection against developing colon cancer

Directions:

Adults:    Mix 1 – 3 tsp of Aloe Fiber in Smoothies, Muesli with yogurt or cooked Oats in the morning

Baking:    Add 50 – 80 grams of Aloe Fiber to Breads, Rusks, granola and muffins.

Adding too much Aloe fiber to your diet too quickly could result in digestive distress due to its high fiere content.  It is recommended that your intake be gradually increased over time to allow your body to adjust. Drink plenty of fluids to aid adequate digestion of the Aloe fiber.
