Escentia Marjoram essential oil, also known as Sweet Marjoram, has a calming effect on the emotions and can give relief in times of grief, loneliness and indecision. Basically, it can reduce anxiety and help people cope better. It is also useful for muscular aches and pains.

HOW TO USE
- Blend 5-6 drops into a carrier oil to make a massage oil
- Add 5-6 drops to the your bath water
- Place 2-3 drops on your pillow at night

- Add to unscented soaps or bath salts
- Add a few drops to a little water in one of our oil burners
