Escentia Lavender Essential Oil is used for its calming & relaxing properties. Apply Lavender Oil to ease everyday tension and emotional stress, soothe the skin, aid peaceful sleep, support brain function, restore skin complexion, help slow the signs of ageing, ease everyday headaches and soothe minor discomfort.
Lavender organic essential oil can be used to:
The benefits of lavender were actually discovered over 2,500 years ago. Because of its powerful antioxidant, sedative, calming and mood-lifting properties, lavender oil benefits are plentiful and it’s been used both cosmetically and therapeutically for centuries.
Lavender is traditionally used to support:
- Calm, restful sleep and a relaxed mind — easing agitation, everyday tension and restlessness
- The skin — soothing dry or greasy skin, minor cuts, insect bites, irritation, the appearance of scars and stretch marks (do not use if pregnant), and sunburn
- Soothing tired, aching muscles after cramps or sprains
- Calm, comfortable breathing and clear nasal passages
- A settled digestion — easing everyday flatulence, nausea and indigestion
Blends well with: Tree, herb and citrus oils.
Technique of extraction method:
Lavender is steam distilled from the leaves, stems and flowering tops of Lavandula Angustifolia.
