Product details

Sweet Fennel essential oils' diuretic action can be helpful in dispersing cellulitis. Can also help with hiccough, nausea and vomiting. It's an anti-spasmodic and therefore can be helpful in treating bronchitis and whooping cough. Sweet Fennel is quite a gentle oil, but it mustn’t be confused with Bitter Fennel which can be toxic and a skin irritant.

Sizes: 10ml, 20ml, 50ml, 100ml, 500ml or 1L.

HOW TO USE

  • Add 5-6 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water, cover your head with a towel and breathe in the vapour
  • Dilute 2 drops in a teaspoon of olive oil and rub under your nose, on the chest, or around the neck.
  • Add to unscented soaps or bath salts
  • Blend with a carrier oil to make massage or bath & body oils
  • Add a few drops to a little water in one of our oil burners
