Escentia Baobab is a truly African oil made from the huge fragrant flowers of the amazing baobab tree, icon of the African continent. These flowers turn into seeds that are gathered by a network of rural women who have become empowered by the success of cold pressing this wonderful honey-coloured ‘fixed’ oil.

Sizes: 50ml, 100ml, 500ml or 1L.

USES & BENEFITS

  • The wonderful skin properties of Baobab are produced by a fabulous ratio of almost equal amounts of saturated (palmitic and stearic), monounsaturated and polyunsaturated (oleic and linoleic) fatty acids
  • Rich in vitamins A, D, E, and F as well as omega 3, 6, 9. The A and F are particularly beneficial in assisting the renewal and rejuvenation of skin cells
  • Baobab oil helps to improve skin elasticity and does not block the pores
  • Even small amounts can make a great addition to natural body creams, lotions, and butters
