What is Enduren Recover for?+
Recover is an optimised rapid recovery drink aimed at after-exercise recovery, built on a proven 3:1 carb-to-protein ratio for glycogen restoration and muscle recovery. It is high in BCAAs and glutamine and contains all the essential amino acids, using an alkaline, non-acidic pea protein.
How do I mix Enduren Recover?+
Mix 6 heaped scoops (80g) in 600ml of water and shake vigorously, then drink it immediately after exercise — concentration can be varied to taste. It can also be mixed with milk or rice milk depending on your dietary and taste preference.
What is NOT in Enduren Recover?+
It is sucrose free, GMO free, stimulant free, colourant free, flavourant free, preservative free, anti-caking agent free and artificial sweetener free, with no chemical additives. The ingredients are a natural carbohydrate blend of polysaccharides, dextrose, maltose and maltotriose, pea protein isolate and raw cocoa powder — with no listed allergens.
Can I use Recover during long events, not just after?+
Yes — it can serve as an additional protein-containing energy source during ultra-endurance events: make a concentrated batter-like mix in a gel flask and aim for 1 to 2 scoops per hour alongside the Enduren Endurance Energy drink. It also works as a regular protein shake, in smoothies, or as a meal replacement when required.
