It is a night-time nasal spray blending natural essential oils and plant extracts that moisturise the nasal passages and help strengthen the mucous membranes. The calming oils are chosen for evening use, to help you wind down for bed and settle back to sleep.
What ingredients are in the BO2 night spray?+
It contains food-grade hydrogen peroxide at a low 0.03% concentration, together with lavender, chamomile, sage and calendula oils, dandelion root extract, artemisia annua (mugwort), prunella vulgaris and green tea extract.
Can this spray help with a runny nose or blocked sinuses?+
The spray is described as helpful for a runny nose and congested sinuses, and the soothing botanical oils assist with irritated nasal passages. If symptoms persist, speak to your healthcare provider.
When should I use the night-time spray?+
It is formulated for night-time use: start spraying first thing in the evening. The lavender and chamomile give it a calming aroma suited to the end of the day.

Lavender and chamomile are traditionally used for their calming properties and give the spray its gentle evening aroma. Calendula is traditionally used for its soothing character, and green tea extract contributes antioxidant properties.
