Product details

BioLife Nutrition Vitamin C 1000mg is a buffered vitamin C tablet with rose hip and bioflavonoids. Sixty tablets to a bottle.

What is in it

Each tablet contains:

  • Vitamin C — 1 000 mg, as a combination of ascorbic acid and calcium ascorbate (buffered vitamin C)
  • Rose hip — 200 mg
  • Citrus bioflavonoids — 50 mg
  • Hesperidin complex — 20 mg
  • Rutin — 20 mg

Vitamin C is water-soluble, so the body does not store it, and humans cannot make their own — it has to come from food or a supplement. The body uses it in the growth and repair of tissue, and it plays a role in helping the body make collagen.

How to take it

Take one tablet daily, or as directed by your health professional.
