Menoforce 30 Tablets (Previously named Hot Flush & Night Sweats)

A.Vogel Menoforce is a one-a-day sage tablet, made from freshly harvested organically grown sage. It was previously sold as Hot Flush and Night Sweat Remedy — the same A.Vogel sage tablet under its earlier name. A.Vogel states that it contains no oestrogen and has no oestrogen-like action.

What is in it

Each tablet contains Salvia officinalis L. (Sage) 3400 mg — fresh leaves, 1:17 extract, providing 200 mg dry plant equivalent. The other ingredients are colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, glycerol distearate, microcrystalline cellulose and sucrose laurate. Thirty tablets to a pack.

How to take it

Adults 18 years and over: 1 tablet daily. On the advice of your healthcare professional the dose may be increased to 2 tablets daily, if necessary, for 1-2 weeks.

Who should not take it

• People younger than 18 years.
• Anyone hypersensitive (allergic) to sage or to any of the other ingredients.
• Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Anyone with a rare intolerance to some sugars — such as fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrase-isomaltase insufficiency — should consult their doctor or healthcare professional first.
• Menoforce contains sucrose, which might affect the control of blood sugar, so people with diabetes should consult their doctor or healthcare professional before taking it.
