What are the key ingredients?+
Each dose of 5 capsules contains Eriosema kraussianum (uBangalala) powder 600 mg, L-arginine HCl 2 500 mg, KSM-66® ashwagandha extract 150 mg, vitamin D3 1 000 IU, black pepper extract 15 mg, niacin 20 mg, zinc gluconate 77 mg providing 11 mg of elemental zinc, and a range of B vitamins, in a plant-based cellulose capsule shell.
How do I take PerformeX?+
Adults take 3-5 capsules, or as required. It is not recommended for anyone 18 years or younger.

- Vitamin D3 — 1 000 IU
- Piper nigrum (black pepper) extract — 15 mg
- Nicotinic acid (niacin) — 20 mg
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine) — 15 mcg
- Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) — 10 mg
- Vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate) — 45 mg
- Vitamin B12 — 84 mcg
- Folic acid — 100 mcg
- Zinc gluconate — 77 mg, providing 11 mg of elemental zinc
Other ingredient: plant-based cellulose capsule shell. No artificial sweeteners, no colourants.
How to take it
