How to take

Take on an empty stomach

One 5ml slightly heaped spoon (included) contains approximately 2g’s of Bovine Colostrum. The dosage for adults and children over 12years of age 500mg – 2g twice daily; 4 – 12years 500mg once or twice daily, and infants and children under 4 years of age is 500mg daily.
