Each sachet combines Myo-Inositol 4 000 mg and D-chiro-inositol 100 mg with Co-enzyme Q10 100 mg, Magnesium Glycinate 350 mg, L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate 500 µg, vitamin B12, chromium, zinc, calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 45 µg. How do I take Pcositol Orange & Lime?+
The pack's own directions are: mix one sachet in a glass of water or choice of dairy and drink once daily. There are thirty sachets to a box, which the front of the pack calls a 30 days supply. It comes in an orange and lime flavour.
