How to take

When to take: before, during, after, anytime.

Serving size: Dissolve 1 x tablet in 600 - 700 ml of water and consume according to thirst.

Consume with: Consume with water or for added electrolytes in 2 hour plus long events, add to water or to the 32Gi® Endure Sports Drink.

Raspberry – each tablet contains:

• Sodium (as Sodium bicarbonate, Sodium citrate and Sodium carbonate): 337 mg
• Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C): 128 mg
• Potassium (as Potassium citrate): 74 mg
• Magnesium (as Magnesium sulphate): 20 mg
• Niacinamide (Vitamin B3): 1,2 mg
• Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCl): 0,7 mg
• Vitamin B2 (as Riboflavin 5-phosphate): 0,6 mg
• Vitamin B1 (as Thiamine HCl): 0,6 mg
• Vitamin B5 (as Calcium D-pantothenate): 0,6 mg
• Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12): 1 µg

Contains sweetener (16 mg sucralose) per tablet.

Other Ingredients: Citric acid anhydrous, hydrolysed starch (Lycatab® DSH), polyethylene glycol, raspberry flavour, red beet juice (colourant), sucralose.
