Questions

Asked at the counter.

The oil or the softgels?

Same seed, same maker, and neither is the stronger one. The softgels are the measured one: every serving the same, no spoon. The bottle is the household one: the whole cold-pressed oil, with a children’s dose and a topical direction on the label.

Can I take it while pregnant?

No. The label says not to take it during pregnancy, and not to give it to children under two without medical advice.

Where can I buy HolistQ?

In South Africa it is only at One Life: here online, and at our counters in Centurion, Glen Village and Edenvale.

Not sure which one?
