HOW DO YOU TAKE IT?
MSM-Body Powder and capsules are best taken with food and may cause insomnia, do not take at bedtime. Take for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects
Capsules:
Take 3 capsules orally in divided doses per day with a glass of water. Do not take more than 2 capsules per single dose. Do not take more than 6 capsules per day.
Powder:
The Real Thing MSM-Body Powder is odourless, with a slightly bitter taste that can be masked by mixing with a flavoured drink – including hot drinks like tea and coffee.
Take half a teaspoon ( 2 000 mg) orally once to three times per day with a glass of water. Do not take more than 2 000 mg per single dose. Do not take more than 6 000 mg per day.
NOTE: Should not be taken by children, pregnant or lactating women, if person is sensitive to any of the ingredients and people on blood-thinning medications. May cause mild gastrointestinal upset initially.
