What is in it

Each tablet contains:

• Cimicifuga (Actaea) racemosa D400
• Lachesis mutus D400
• Sanguinarinum canadensis D400
• Sepia officinalis D400

Contains sugar: lactose 240 mg.

How to take it

Dissolve 2 tablets in the mouth 3 times weekly. Absorption of homoeopathic medicines occurs mainly through the mucous membrane of the mouth, so it is best to hold the medicine in the mouth for a short period, with the mouth free of other tastes such as toothpaste or peppermint.

Before you buy

NATURA print these precautions. Do not use this product if you are hypersensitive, allergic or have a known intolerance to any of the ingredients. The tablets contain lactose — do not use if you are sensitive or intolerant to lactose, and note that lactose may have an effect on the control of your blood sugar if you have diabetes mellitus. If your symptoms are severe or worsen, or your condition does not improve, consult your healthcare practitioner.

On pregnancy and breastfeeding NATURA state that homoeopathic medicines have traditionally been used during pregnancy and breastfeeding, although clinical trials have not been done to prove the safety of this medicine in pregnant or lactating women.

On side effects NATURA state that there are no known side effects for any of their homoeopathic remedies — but that if your health deteriorates, or you experience an untoward effect you suspect is directly related to taking one of the medicines, discontinue use with immediate effect and consult your healthcare practitioner or provider.
