Serving size/Dosage:

Adults & Children over 12 years old: 

Maintenance:  Dose 1 capsule daily with food.   

Acute:  May be increased to 2 capsules daily if needed.

Precautions:

Contraindications: Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding   Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
