Serving size/Dosage:
Adults can take 1-2 teaspoons per day and children aged 3-12 years can take half a teaspoon 1-2 times per day.
Mix in with half a glass of milk or water, preferably on an empty stomach or as professionally advised. Refrain from eating or taking other supplements for 20 minutes after taking Colostrum.
