How do I use arnica oil for sore muscles?+
Make your own massage oil by blending 6 drops of arnica with 3 drops of lavender oil and 1 TSP of jojoba oil. It is for external use only, so do not ingest it.
What is in Escentia Arnica Oil?+
It is pure arnica (Arnica montana) infused in sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus) at a 20%:80% ratio of plant to oil. Data sheets or a COA are available on request.

ABOUT STANDARDISED ESSENTIAL OILS
