Each serving of tablet provides 1000iu of D3 and 100mcg of K2 vitamin. Each bottle of vitamin D K2 contains 183 tablets of vitamin D3 and K2 that will last for 6 months.

Vitamin K2

Recommended use:

1000 UI + 100 McG DAILY DOSE - Take one Vitamin D3&K2 tablet per day.
Follow the recommended dosage on the label.
